How It Works:
1. Register and get approved.
Register for a Business Account at TOTUSCards.com, or through one of the many brand-specific sites we host. We’ll email you when your account is approved and provide log-in and ordering instructions. Account review may take up to 3 business days. On occasion, we may ask for additional information to complete the review and approval process.
2. Choose the brands, gift card formats, denominations, and designs that meet your needs.
We offer a wide variety of brands to meet your needs. You may choose physical or digital gift card formats delivered in bulk to one location, or individually to your intended recipients. Reach out to totusdirectsales@tot.us to discuss available brands, delivery options and marketing approvals, if needed. We regularly add new merchants so be sure to check the Available Brands tab in the Brand Catalog section of your TOTUSDirect account often!
3. Review and accept Buyer Terms & Conditions.

4. Pay for your order.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and Wire payments for corporate orders. If you would prefer to set up a prepaid deposit account, please reach out to totusdirectsales@tot.us.
General TOTUSDirect Account Questions
1. Can we have multiple users associated with our account?
Yes, you may have multiple users and departments associated with your account. Please reach out to your TOTUS representative or email service@tot.us for more details.
2. Do I need approval to create my own digital gift card templates or marketing materials?
Yes. Any use of the brand assets in marketing requires approval (this wouldn’t include an internal announcement, like an internal announcement to employees that they are all receiving a gift card). In addition, if you are choosing to order a digital gift card bulk file, then we need to understand how you will be distributing. Reach out to totusdirectsales@tot.us to discuss options and gain approval. Otherwise, the TOTUSDirect portal will send out pre-approved templates on your behalf.
General Gift Card Questions
1. How can I use gift cards for my business?
Gift cards can be used as rewards for employees, incentives for customers, or giveaways for promotions. They can be redeemed at stores, online, or in-app, depending on the brand or retailer.
2. Are there any restrictions on how gift cards can be used?
Gift cards may have specific usage restrictions such as limitations on the types of products that can be purchased or geographical limitations. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of each card for details.
3. Can gift cards be used multiple times?
If there is a remaining balance, most gift cards can be used multiple times until the balance is depleted. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of each card for details.
4. Do gift cards purchased through TOTUSDirect expire or have any non-use fees?
No. Gift cards purchased through TOTUSDirect do not expire or have any non-use fees.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery
1. Can I receive my gift cards in bulk?
Yes, we offer bulk orders for businesses. You can select bulk purchasing options during checkout or reach out to our sales team for more tailored solutions.
2. What is Direct Delivery?
If you prefer, TOTUS can distribute gift cards on your behalf. Just choose Direct Delivery and follow the instructions provided under Spreadsheet Upload. Direct Delivery is available for both physical and digital gift cards.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of gift card and the delivery method selected. Digital gift cards are usually delivered within 1 business day or on the delivery date selected during checkout. Physical cards may take 5-7 business days depending on the chosen shipping method.
4. Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes, if you opted for physical bulk delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. For digital orders, the gift cards are delivered directly to your, or your recipient’s, inbox.
Order Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and Wire payments for corporate orders. If you would prefer to set up a prepaid deposit account, please reach out to totusdirectsales@tot.us.
2. Is payment required upfront?
Yes, full payment is required prior to the order being released for delivery.
3. Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation summarizing your order. You may also in print a receipt by accessing the order through your account dashboard and clicking Print Receipt in the upper right corner.
Canceling or Modifying Orders
1. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. What happens if I make a mistake on my order?
If you realize there's a mistake after placing your order, please contact service@tot.us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we may be able to correct it for you.
3. Can I return unused gift cards?
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once issued. Please ensure you’re selecting the correct brand, amount, delivery method, and recipient details before completing your order.

1. I'm having trouble accessing the website. What should I do?

2. Why can’t I log into my account?
If you’re unable to log in, ensure you are using the correct username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it. If the problem persists, contact our support team at service@tot.us for further assistance.
3. Why is the website not loading properly?
This could be due to browser compatibility issues or an error during checkout. Try refreshing the page, clearing your cache, or using a different browser. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team at service@tot.us for further assistance.
